Lunch: 2 slices wheat bread, 1 slice colby jack cheese, smoked turkey
Snack: apple, peanut butter
Snack: banana
Dinner: chicken, broccoli, salt
Snack: pretzals, Medifast bar, Raisin Bran

Exercise: 45 min run/walk
